Each May for Mental Health Awareness Month, we join in a national campaign to fight stigma and open up the conversation on mental health. In our current campaign, Dare to Share, we invite parents, kids, and celebrities to share real stories about challenges and what helped them overcome them.

We’re synthesizing scientific research to gain new insight children’s mental health challenges, promote effective solutions and spark conversation.

Mental Health Support for Black Families
In this study, we explore the views and experiences of Black parents seeking mental health care for their children and young adults seeking care for themselves — and identifies key barriers to care.

You Are Okay reaches out to teens directly and encourages them to engage in the conversation about mental health on their terms, in their space: Online.
